Projects
Clifford
We were appointed to fully redevelop a Grade II listed pub in Clifford that had been unoccupied for many years. The project involved stripping the building back to brick and carrying out a complete renovation and reconfiguration of the layout. The former pub was transformed into a five-bedroom detached luxury home, including the installation of a new driveway with electric gates, an undercover car port, and comprehensive hard and soft landscaping.
Boston Spa
This project involved the full refurbishment of a Grade II listed house that had been unoccupied. Works included a comprehensive internal renovation and the construction of a new oak-framed kitchen and lounge extension. The external works included the installation of oak electric gates and a complete landscaping refurbishment to enhance the overall setting of the property.
Bramham
This Bramham project involved a corner infill extension alongside the refurbishment and alteration of the existing kitchen ceiling. The original ceiling was removed and vaulted to create additional height and light, incorporating three new Velux roof windows — two installed within the newly vaulted kitchen ceiling and one within the extension. Large sliding doors were fitted to the extension to maximise natural light and garden access. Externally, a full hard landscaping scheme was completed using porcelain paving to create a clean, modern finish.
