Arena Park, Scarcroft

Formerly an indoor riding arena, this building was stripped to its portal steel frame, which was then sand blasted and treated.

The building was then re cladded with natural stone and stained Yorkshire boarding to the walls, and a new profiled sheet roof was installed.

A planning application for a change of use to offices was applied for and granted. This application was for eight office units with mezzanine floors, constructed to a high specification.
