We re-designed the internal floor layouts, which gained our client an extra mezzanine floor level at the top of the building. The front façade of the building was refurbished as it was only partially damaged. The rear of the building was completely destroyed by the fire, therefore we stripped the fire-damaged floors and demolished the whole of the rear elevation, to construct new floors and rear elevation from a steel work frame. Once the floors and the rear elevation had been constructed, we totally refurbished the interior of the building to create high specification offices. |
This listed building was an office development damaged by fire, and we were awarded the design and build refurbishment contract.
