Our Lorne Street development site was part of the redevelopment of Lorne Street first school. The PDSA purchased the site from Bradford MDC, subsequently demolished the existing school and constructed an animal hospital on half of the site. Little & Company purchased the remaining half of the site which had residential outline planning permission. We then achieved full planning permission for the construction of thirteen houses and two apartments, which consisted of two blocks of three of our Liberty style houses, one block of three and a pair of semi detached of our Bailey style houses and a pair of our Fairburn style apartments. Our Lorne Street development was completed in January 2008.
