The Tribecca House development site was formerly the Prince Arthur Public House, along with surrounding roads and land. We acted as the principal contractor for the construction of the building for our clients Maple Leaf Securities, who purchased this development site and gained planning permission for the construction of Tribecca House. The building consisted of a steel frame with concrete floors, brick work construction to the first floor and composite cladding to the remaining floors, with an Aerofoil roof finish detail.
