We purchased this development as a dilapidated bungalow and applied for planning permission to rebuild a new dwelling on the site. After permission was granted we demolished the existing house and constructed the new dwelling, a large four bedroomed home. This house was constructed from natural stone with a blue slate roof and stands in extensive grounds, which have railings and electric gates to the front entrance. |
