This development was a construction contract, which we undertook for a specialist client. Starting from scratch with an empty business unit, we designed this orthodontist surgery working closely with our clients, incorporating a reception, waiting area, and a central podium treatment area with the capacity for ten dentist chairs, as the main features of the design. When the design was complete and met our client’s approval, we commenced construction work to create our design. Whilst construction work was under way the clients made minor adjustments to improve the design, and when the work was complete, they were delighted with the finished product. |
