Jacobs Court was formerly a foundry owned by Hepstead Quality Castings. Hepstead moved their operations elswhere and the foundry was subsequently demolished. Little & Company purchased the site from Hepstead Quality Castings and developed fourteen 3 bedroom new build houses, two 2 bedroom new build apartments and refurbished an existing 3 three bedroom house. This development was completed in September 2006. |
